These terms apply when you download or use any app published by Thansil (the “Apps”) or visit thansil.com (the “Website”). By using them, you agree to these terms.
1. Using the Apps
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Apps on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial purposes. The Google Play Terms of Service also apply to apps you download from Google Play.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the Apps, except where the law allows it;
- interfere with ads, generate fake ad clicks or impressions, or tamper with security features;
- use the Apps for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data.
3. Ads and third-party services
The Apps are free and supported by ads from Google AdMob. They also rely on third-party services such as Google Play Services and Firebase. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party content, including the content of ads or the websites they link to. 4. In-app purchases
Some Apps may offer optional purchases or subscriptions, such as removing ads. These are processed by Google Play Billing, and payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled under Google Play’s policies. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play.
5. Intellectual property
The Apps, the Website and their content, including the Thansil name and logo, belong to Thansil or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any content you create in the Apps remains yours.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue any App or feature at any time. Some updates may be required to keep using an App. We do not guarantee that the Apps will always be available or work on every device.
7. Disclaimer
The Apps and the Website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thansil is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Apps or the Website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Thansil is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Apps after a change, you accept the updated terms.
